This bank account should be the same account as your CMC Markets Trading Account.

authorise CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited (CMC Markets) to arrange for funds to be debited from the nominated account in accordance with the relevant Terms and Conditions;

acknowledge any debit will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System and is subject to the Direct Debit Services Agreement;

authorise CMC Markets to credit the nominated bank account any amount CMC Markets deems payable to me/us;

confirm that the account details are correct and that this form is signed by the required signatories on the nominated account;

acknowledge that incorrect or invalid banking details may result in CMC Markets holding funds on trust until valid details are provided or another method is agreed;

agree this authority remains in effect until CMC Markets is notified in writing of its revocation; and

acknowledge that identification (e.g. Driver’s Licence or Passport) may be required for signature verification.
