If you have selected to debit or both on the Direct Debit/Credit Authority, you authorise Morrison Securities Pty Ltd (Debit User Identification Number 527566) to direct debit your Nominated Bank Account. By signing this form you agree to be bound by the Direct Debit Terms and Conditions and the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.
If you have selected to use your bank account for Income Direction you agree that your account will be CHESS Sponsored by Morrison Securities. The account holders authorise CHESS and Morrison Securities to advise the relevant issuer or its nominee to pay by direct credit to the Nominated Bank Account all cash dividends, distributions, interest or income payable referable to the account’s HIN. This instruction overrides previous income payment instructions for CHESS sponsored holdings with Morrison Securities and may affect Dividend Reinvestment or Bonus Share Plans.

Direct Debit Request
By completing and signing this Direct Debit and Income Direction Request Form you:

Request and authorise Morrison Securities (Debit User Identification Number 527566) to arrange for any amount which you owe to Morrison Securities to be debited through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System from the nominated account.

Authorise Morrison Securities to debit the nominated account with any amount that may be debited or charged to you in accordance with the Direct Debit Agreement.

Acknowledge you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement terms.
Direct Debit Request Service Agreement – Summary
Definitions. “Account” is the nominated bank account; “Banking day” is any day other than weekend / Aus-wide public holiday; BECS is the Bulk Electronic Clearing System; “Debit Day” is the day payment is due; “Your Financial Institution” is where the Account is held.
Debiting the Client’s Account. You authorise Morrison Securities to arrange debits from the Account for amounts owed. If the Debit Day is not a banking day, the debit may occur on the next banking day. Debits may be processed via a Morrison Securities clearing account with your financial institution, which is not a trust account; you direct Morrison Securities to use this for CMA payments.
Your Obligations. You must ensure sufficient clear funds are available in the Account to meet each Debit Payment; otherwise fees/interest may be charged by your Financial Institution and/or Morrison Securities and you must arrange alternative payment. You should check Account statements; you may also be liable for GST on charges where applicable.
Amendments. You may request deferment, alteration, suspension or cancellation of these arrangements or stop any debit by providing signed written instructions to your adviser or your Financial Institution. Morrison Securities may change or terminate arrangements by giving 14 days’ written notice.
Disputes. If you believe an error has occurred, contact Morrison Securities Accounts on (02) 8114 2240 or email accounts@morrisonsecurities.com. If the Account has been incorrectly debited, it will be adjusted; otherwise you will be given reasons. You may also contact your Financial Institution directly.
Accounts. You should confirm BECS direct debiting is available on your Account and check that the Account details supplied are correct.
Confidentiality & Privacy. Morrison Securities keeps your information (including Account details) confidential, disclosing it only as required by law, to resolve queries/claims or as permitted by the relevant terms.
Notices & Governing Law. Notices may be sent by email or post. Communications by mail are taken to be received in the ordinary course of post. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
